FIIP

Terms and Conditions

Effective October 11, 2026

These are the terms for using a FIIP account. By creating an account or using FIIP, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use FIIP.

Who we are

FIIP, including FIIP Drive, is operated by Creative X Entertainment LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("CXE", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to create a FIIP account.
  • Give us accurate information, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in methods, devices and codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
  • If you use FIIP for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Your files

Your files stay yours. We do not claim any ownership of them. You give us only the permission we need to store and transfer them so FIIP works for you and your team. File contents are encrypted on your device before upload, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the files you put in FIIP, and for having the right to use them.

Using FIIP

Please do not:

  • break the law or store content you have no right to store;
  • try to get into accounts, drives or systems that are not yours;
  • interfere with the service, or use it to harm others;
  • send spam or malware through FIIP.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

The service and payment

We work to keep FIIP available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. We may change or retire features, and we will give notice when a change affects you in a big way.

If you buy a paid plan, the price and billing period are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Ending your account

You can stop using FIIP at any time and ask us to close your account at [email protected]. We may end access if you break these terms. When an organization cancels, its members can export its files for 60 days; the Privacy Policy says when everything is deleted. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the limits on our liability, continue after your account ends.

Our responsibility

FIIP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CXE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THESE TERMS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CXE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO FIIP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR FIIP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please write to us at [email protected] first. Most problems can be fixed without a dispute.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and CXE agree to their jurisdiction. This does not take away any protection that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using FIIP after that means you accept the new terms.

General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and CXE about FIIP. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given it up. We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over FIIP; you may not transfer them without our written agreement.
